Fairfield Productions provides full-service production support tailored to the scale and technical requirements of each tour.

Production decisions are guided by show needs, touring practicality, and budget alignment — delivering consistency without unnecessary complexity.

We source and manage audio, lighting, video, SFX, staging, and automation, coordinating vendors and technical teams to ensure reliable, show-ready production across all venues.

TOUR MANAGEMENT & FINANCIALS

Tour management is a core part of Fairfield Productions’ identity. Built by experienced tour managers, we oversee tours from initial planning through day-to-day execution on the road. This includes routing and logistics planning, daily schedules, advancing, coordination across departments, and real-time issue resolution — always in service of the client, artist, and touring crew.

Alongside tour management, we provide full financial oversight. We prepare detailed, itemized tour budgets, manage payments under agreed terms, and deliver post-tour settlements comparing budgeted versus actual costs to ensure transparency and accountability

CREW HIRE & TRANSPORT

Fairfield Productions sources and manages touring crew across all departments, providing a single point of coordination for staffing. All crew are contracted legally as subcontractors and paid directly by Fairfield Productions, with appropriate insurance and compliance in place. Payroll and administrative management are handled by us, reducing operational burden for the client. All staff and subcontractor’s are individually vetted ahead of each tour or production.

We coordinate all trucking, from full semi fleets, to smaller box trucks, providing trucking arrangements and structures based on touring departments.

With access to domestic and international bussing databases, we source and provide all scale of nightliners as well as VIP passenger vehicles, luxury passenger coaches and everything inbetween.

TRAVEL & HOSPITALITY

We provide commercial and group air travel coordination for artists, crew, and touring personnel. Routing, ticketing, and schedule management are handled with touring realities in mind, including going the extra mile with ever changing itineraries and international travel requirements.

Individual stays and group hotel bookings aligned with routing, venue locations, and daily schedules. We coordinate directly with hotel management to manage rooming, blocks, and on-the-ground requirements for touring parties.

Solutions ranging from point-to-point transfers to full-tour support, including SUVs, passenger vans, and motorcoaches. Ground logistics are coordinated alongside tour schedules to ensure reliable movement between airports, hotels, venues, and off days.

MERCHANDISE & VIP

Fairfield Productions manages merchandise and VIP operations as fully integrated tour services providing remote support for touring staff.

This includes merchandise design, printing, shipping, inventory management, and sales staffing, as well as advance planning and on-site execution of VIP experiences.

We can collect and reconcile all merchandise and VIP revenues, deduct agreed operational costs, and remit net proceeds to the client at the conclusion of the tour.

VISAS & IMMIGRATION

Fairfield Productions assists international artists and touring personnel with visa coordination, including O-1, O-2, and P-1 applications.

We support the process by advising on requirements, assisting with documentation, and coordinating evidence collection to ensure applications are prepared accurately and efficiently alongside tour planning.
